In honor of Veterans Day, I created this special Merged Moments video for my father, Thomas George Nelson (Dec. 14, 1930 – Apr. 2, 1996).

At just 18 years old, he answered the call to serve his country — joining the U.S. Armed Forces in 1948 and serving through December 1953 during the Korean War.

This tribute blends photographs, memories, and imagination to celebrate not only his service, but the countless men and women who have bravely worn the uniform. 💫 To all who have served — past, present, and future — thank you.
